ok first of all, the fireworks have been replaced by LIVE firing of ROCKETS that EXPLODE!
then, the 5[?] planes that usually fly in that [flower?] shape will now fly in random directions and will release the multicolored gas, and somehow draw a HUGE picture in the sky
and things are the other way round. the performers will be at the podium and the spectators will sit anywhere/anyhow they want on the floating platform. NO safety precaution has been taken to ensure the platform doesn't sink or that people don't fall off and get eaten by...
LIVE SHARKS
...will be released around the floating platform to represent...uh...Singapore's never say DIE attitude?
